Question:

How does this look for a babysitting resume? Would you hire me?

It's not really a resume, but I am sending this info to a mom, who will forward it onto her friends.

Hi, I'm Alicia.

I have younger siblings.

I am almost 14 years old.

I am going into grade 9 in September. I also take French Immersion.

I have babysitting experience with newborn babies to 12 years of age.

I have taken the Red Cross Babysitting Course, Red Cross First Aid Course and Red Cross CPR Course.

I have been babysitting for two and a half years, and have been a "mommy's helper" for about 4.

I can clean the house, and cook too.

I have experience of dealing with upset children and children who are sick.

I always play with kids, and never just stick them infront of the TV.

I love kids :)

Any other questions, feel free to e-mail me at ********** or send me a message on Facebook.

I had a bit more personal info, but nothing I wanted to broadcast over the internet.

So, moms, would you hire me? What else can I include to attract attention over the other girls? THANKS

  1. i would hire you. I'm a mom of 2 kids age 7 and 10. but my question is have you had experience with disabled children? but your resume sounds great.

  2. ur resume looks gr8 to me n yes u cud add that bit of additional info too. Honestly, i would go 4 u but then on second thoughts ur just 14, this wud hve kind of held me back......So u just need to grow up a lil more kiddo!!!

  3. You should include the  bit about the twins, so people don't think about the 'what ifs'

Also  Great resume I'm sure you'll get some great replies!

Also I'm glad you kept your info out of this, very sensible!

    hope this helps!

  4. I personally would not hire you. Not because yu are not good, but because I would oly trust to leave my children with an adult who have own children and who have planty of expirience.

But all people are different, so I am sure there are people who would hire you, because yu resume is pretty god.

  5. This is ok but if you'd like a more professional resume  contact me and I will gladly help you.  Congratulations wanting to work and so eager to educate yourself in order to qualify yourself and allow Mom's peace of mind when they leave their

    precious little ones with you.

ask to be my friend on FB  Sue Vautour and if possible tell me why ok

  6. you have a good resume.

  7. na, your good.

    I would hire u.

  8. That sounds very well put together and sounds like you have plenty of experience. I personally wouldn't "hire" anyone younger than 16 but that is just me. I'm sure people that know you or know your mom would love to have you babysit their children.

  9. Sounds great if you have experience with multiples that is great or how many you usually do, 3 at a time etc.  I have multiples so getting a sitter with multiples experience is really hard so if you have it than put it on their.  You have the training and experience.  Good luck to you!
