cute but a little too matchy matchy for me. I would atleast add some other color besides blue and black/white. whether you change the color of the specks or the shirt

It's alright. I wouldn't say that it's scene but i do think it's too much of the same shade of blue. I think that instead of the sky blue leggins you should go with a purple of navy blue. it would break up the outfit to make it a little more funky but without ruining the look of the outfit. I would also avoid the zebra flip flops. I'd rather go with a cute boot or bootie.

i would first loose the hair clips, wristlet, and glasses, and would keep the rest of the outfit as is, so long as the cami will cover past the butt, leggings and short shirts don't combine very well
