From the depths, I rise.

From the indifference, I rise.

Facing each new day with courage and responsibility.

Working to pursue what I never could obtain.

Working alone.

Working without support.

Working without him.

Working.

Just working.

Making a ways through.

Making it the best I can.

Yet in the end. Its useless.

I cant.

I wont.

I refuse.

To except such an injustice.

Such is the fate of me..

Such is the fate of the little one.

Such is the fate of the reliant.

Such is a fate of lost lovers..

Although depressed in the beginning, now the writer overcomes the depression and moves on....

    Just my thoughts....

  2. honestly.

    It seems either like

    1) like whoever wrote it was kind of depressed when they wrote ir

    2) its meant to be depressing

but at the same time it seems like it has so much meaning that you could look past the depressing part and find an insight unlike any other poem.

    its beautifully written as well
