Get a life people, I don't quite think that he means that he had therapy because of it!!! Christ there are things as simple as that that I did as a child that come back to haunt me!

I am afraid I don't understand the question - who are you worried getting sleep? Steven Spielberg or Ben Stiller?  Seems to me that both of them probably don't lose a lot of sleep - unless they are up counting their vast fortunes instead of sheep.
