I think Lucy Macara flows very nicely when said, which is what I imagine most people would want when they choose a name? Alex Macara sounds nice too. I think its a good idea to give them such different names, so they can be unique as well as similar at the same time. :)

I love it! They go great together as well. Personally I like Lucy spelt "Lucie" better, but I still love the names.

I like it, but may I suggest Lucille for Lucy & use Lucy as a nickname. It just seems like Alexander is a nice formal name with a nice nickname but Lucy seems like it needs a formal name she can use as well. I don't know I just like formal names.

I think they sound really nice together. I would think about using Lucinda or Lucille as a full name for Lucy, though. Lucy is so cute, but I can't really picture an adult named Lucy! Lucinda and Alexander are so cute for twins. They sound nice together without matching at all.
