How does this sound to you.... ASAP?

YESTERDAY:

For breakfast i ate a can of peaches

For lunch i ate a Cobb sald

For dinner i ate sum cereals..

TOday:

fFor breakfast i ate peaches

for lunch i had pasta salad

RIght now i'm eating sum chicken salad with cracker

I just been eatting peaches, salads, cereals, drinking water, peanut betture crackers, 3 spoon of hamburger helper ( with out the ground beef. boiled chicken, fish, baked pork chop and etc... how does this sound

  1. it sounds like a good healthy diet to me.


  2. thats not bad:) but try to change it up when it come to fruit. try some berries, apples, grapes, or bananas. and something to do when eating canned fruit: always rinse off the syrup with water because all that syrup is just extra sugar. also try adding some protein in your breakfast.peanut butter on a piece of wheat bread is great in the morning!

  3. Do the canned peaches have sugar or high fructose corn syrup? Stick with fresh, if possible. Also, not enough protein You might add some cottage cheese. As a rule, stay away from too many carbohydrates like pasta and cereals. Your diet doesn't seem "bad."

    Are you trying to lose weight? What is your goal?

  4. if i were you, i would add more protein into the diet [meat, fish, nuts/seeds and dairy foods]

    other than that you should be okay

  5. Lots of bad carbs
