  2. wow.

  3. i think if it's all three in one then you're pretty much screwed.  i went to a festival years ago that had several bands playing together that normally wouldn't never give a second thought to each other (or so you'd think).  the genres were different and everything, but it was a decent show.

if you want to see them that bad just go.  maybe a waste of money if you don't stay for the rest but you could always just stay and endure.  you might have some kind of interesting fun, never know.

  4. What you are looking at is the opening act.  It's really a Simple Plan concert and All American Rejects and Faber Drive are back up bands to warm up the crowd.  So you buy the ticket and show up on time or maybe even early as the band you want to see will be on first. (I searched Simple Plan in Ticketmaster Canada and tickets came up with the 2 bands you list as supporting acts.  I also searched Faber Drive and nothing comes up.)

The good news is you wont have to fight the crowd as normally a lot of people don't crowd the stage or haven't even arrived yet for the opening act.  The bad news is, an opening act normally has a shorter set.  Also, a lot of times there is only one opening act.  With 2, there is a chance the first act is even shorter.
