Breakfast: Yogurt or Cereal Life

Lunch: Either macaroni or a cucumber with a lettuce sandwich

Supper: Uh well a big supper like tomatoes, salad, potatoes and garlic bread or (make a suggestions for a small easy healthy supper?)

Desert: Blueberries or Blueberries with ice cream

  1. well i think that you should put more variety in your diet because it seems you are lacking food. try this tomato and zuccini  with a little bit of garlic and mozzerela on top. make sure the mozzerela is melted with a brown crisp on top. so good luck with you diet :)

  2. make sure the macaroni and bread are whole grain.  If they are not, try for whole grain bread and pastas next time.  The refined carbs aren't very nutritious.

  3. You may want to include things such as kiwi fruit and soya milk. They require no preparation and they are tasty, but most important they contain plenty of essential fatty acids (Such as Omega-3).

Then again, I tend to eat fruits/vegetables by their own/raw.

Edit: I just read the comment above mine, and she is correct, you need more protein in your diet (A litre of soya milk should provide you with about 25 grams, and nuts should make up the rest. If you have an allergy to nuts I suggest you find another protein-rich source (Raw eggs are an example, so long they are organic/free range, whilst coming from healthy chickens, otherwise you run the risk of food poisoning).

  4. You definitely need to include some proteins in your daily diet. Your diet as it is, lacks many of the vitamins your body needs. Make sure to include fortified foods to ensure you meet all your vitamin requirements for iron, B vitamins, calcium, etc. Also, add in a variety of fresh fruits and veggies as well as whole grains.

  5. you should also try to take vitamins to make up for not eating meat.

  6. Sounds pretty good, but you definitely more protein.  Try adding beans to a salad or pasta dish or fix a vegetarian chili.  Vegetarian meat products are also really good.  Some taste more "meaty" than others, so you might have to experiment to find ones you like.  You also need a little bit more dairy and some of the "good" fats, so try adding nuts for snacks or sauteeing veggies in olive oil.

  7. Dude, you have a lot of carbs but not much protein. You really need to add in some beans, lentils, nuts, seeds. This will help you to get some essential fatty acids and minerals as well.
