Ok so I am lacking some protein or calcium or whatever, so how does this sound.If my diet is like this almost everyday:Breakfast: Yogurt or Cereal LifeLunch: Either macaroni or a cucumber with a lettuce sandwichSupper: Uh well a big supper like tomatoes, salad, potatoes and garlic bread or (make a suggestions for a small easy healthy supper?) Desert: Blueberries or Blueberries with ice creamTHANKS!
