  1. It's a lot of cardio work. Whether your heart is pumping after sprinting across the whole court or if its just adrenaline. It keeps your legs in tone with a lot of jumping and squating. Strong arms for hitting and passing. And it also keeps your abs toned from squating and bending over.


  2. i learned about his in health class and our teacher told us that doing volleyball helps improve your flexibility. id probably ask a volleyball player if their flexibility has improved since playing volleyball and researched it a bit. im not sure if this helps but hopefully it did!!!

  3. It keeps you in shape because its a fast past game. It also builds your muscle endurance from longs rallies, as well as muscle strength from things like jumping.
