I've done a bunch of volunteer work, but how and who records it all onto my community record? So when I apply for collage the university can see all the work I've done... =D

  1. You guidance counselor at school should be getting this information and placing it in your school records. Someone who you volunteered with should be sending a letter on you behalf that you completed so many hours, and what you did and where! Hope that helps!

  2. Your high school counselour can keep all your records for a certain length of time.  You could also ask for a Letter of Reference from whomever led the organizations you had volunteered for.

  3. Contact your local Kiwanis Club.  The Kiwanis welcomes students to volunteer with various activities.  We have the Key Club, which is specifically for students.
