In picture one that is how my feet look when I start pushing. The pink are my feet. In figure 2 that is what it looks like my skateboard is moving and I am gliding. I no longer need to push. My front is still in the | position. Is that okay? or is my front foot suppose to be slightly like / If my front foot is / when I have to push again on the skateboard I don't have time to shift my front foot back to the | position..but it is werid to push when your front foot is in the / position.

pic 3 is where I am skateboarding on the road. In figure 4 it is how the road is made. Slightly higher in the middle. When I skate I can't go straight. If I am on the left I end up going slightly left, if I am going right I end up going slightly right. If I am in the middle of the road I go straight. It's how the road is made (see figre 4) is there a way to always go straight? when I am going/ gliding right I try to lean left but then I fear I may fall on my back If i lean too much. advice?

thanks

  1. I have the same problem. I think that whilst you are pushing to advance its ok but do try to slant your left foot only 45degrees so you dont look like a r****d :p when your gliding and about to do a trick have your left foot facing right of the board :D

Dont be scared to fall off on your back, bend your knees.

Also remember you always hurt yourself in skating.
