Carbon Tax, Green encouragement,  another idea not by My Government would be through Solar Power Socialism which could end poverty and Global Warming.

The other means could be introduce a Military Emissions Tax to apply to those who make use of vehicles without need. Perhaps another idea would be to place one one The Cavalcade Of Limousines The U.S. President has. There could also be one put on Air Force One for each use.

The helicoptors of News Agencies  and Corporations just to make sure could have one as well.

The government of Bush, does very little. In California we are working it out. The Air Resources Board is working to cut emissions. We can all do more but this is a grassroots movement when we know we can clean up our mess, save our home-earth and live better. To that end I am working to start a charity: CoolingEarth.org to work out renewable resources.

I hope they do not do a d**n thing about it. Governments only solution to anything is to raise taxes. There is nothing any government can do to control the climate. It is silly to think other wise.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency places restrictions on the emmisions of industrial plants. Those plants are forced to keep their harmful emissions under a certain limit or face large fines.

Incentives are also given to try and persuade people to purchase environmentally-friendly products and reduce their household's environmental impact.
