How doi turn on my blackberry 7290

well i bought a blackberry of some one today very cheap and i was looking at the phone befor i bought it was working nicley very nice phone n e way they showed me how to switch it on n off

well wen i get home and try and switch the phone on again

i9 am getting a message saying device error 373 reset.

does n e one no how to solve this problem as i really want to start using this phone

i think its like the end button or like somthing on the side's i not sure.
