  1. The pH of your blood and other body fluids are carefully controlled by various mechanisms in a process called homeostasis. If you tip that balance one way or the other, you could throw off everything and die. Fortunately, foods you eat aren't going to change your pH.

    If you have a metallic taste, it is not from pH. It is most likely from blood in your mouth. You could have a small sore or laceration in your mouth, or you could have other problems like gingivitis.

  3. Your diagnosis is wrong, so the treatment is obviously going to be wrong as well. Take my word for it: your pH is normal.

  4. A bad taste in your mouth can have any of a number of causes, none of which is a pH imbalance in your body. The latter is something you don't want to fiddle with in any case, and I doubt that there is a safe, effective way of doing it.
