How dose it work to street legal am off road motercycle in nevada?

well im lookin in to buying a 250 dirt bike and putting a dual sport kit and dot supermoto tires on it to ride back and forth to work to beat the gas prices and i was wondering if any one knows how i would have to register it? i will be buying it brand new and it dose not come with a title but it dose come with a certificat of origen but on that it says for off road use only im kinda confused? how dose that work i know it can be done buty how? thank you for taking your tim to help me out.

Off road use means just that.  Too tough to wade thru the questioners poor language though.  Spell check  might help a bit

take the certificate of origen, the bike, fill out the proper paper work, along with proof of insurance, you got it done-no problem-you will get registration and a title-no problema(you have to wait for the title to be mailed) good idea

well to street legalize your dirt bike, you have to get the title, if you are not getting a title DO NOT BUY IT, get a new one WITH a title or you won't be able to get it registered, you then take your title to the license branch and get it registered, then you have to get plates, and insurance, and if you don't have a cycle license you will have to get it too.
