Apparently someone spoke from experience that the flavors are the same. Unless, this is one of those cases where one says "it tastes like chicken" when one has no other flavor to compare it too.

If someone touched a person who had recently been badly burnt then licked their fingers they might find out what human meat tastes like. And there have been cases of shipwrecked (and other disaster) survivors who have eaten the bodies of the people who were killed so that they wouldn't starve to death.
