How dose the earth clean itself?

It's in a permanent state of recycling and under normal circumstances it maintains a good balance.

  Even the impact of meteorites and volcanoes are no problem.

  Modern technology has created a problem that is slowly getting ahead of it's ability to clean itself.

  Men are going to have to find a way to correct this.
