How dow you find out if a person has outstanding warrants

The best way is to contact your local Sherrif's Dept.. This way you can also find out when it was issued and what the warrant is for, even if it is the subject who the warrant is for they can advise this information.

go ask a cop :) youll know quick then ,Also fla had warrant searches .. i done them daily never had one . then they knocked on my door . so them warrant searches are not accurate

IF the person is you all you have to do is call the agency or department you think you have the warrant out of and ask.  They just want you to pay it its not like it is a secret or anything.
