I still miss your smile ----------- Mi manca ancora il tuo sorriso.

the word "still" is "ancora", but we use to say "always"="sempre" in these phrases.

The verb "to miss" can be a little bit difficult to learn in italian, because it's used very differently(it's a reflexive verb although used slightly different from the normal reflexive one's) from english:

ex:

I miss you= mi manchi

I miss something or to do something= mi manca (di)....

do you miss me?= ti manco?

As you can see you need to conjugate differently the "I miss you" from the "do you miss me?"...you need to work both with the pronoums as the verb endings to get it right:

"ti manco" can sound strange in the beginning for a foreigner because the "manco" is really conjugated in first person singular which can make some confusion because it's non my self that I'm missing but it's you missing me. Here it is the pronoum "you"=tu that explains it's a question reffered to the other person, and the verb ending explaining that it's me that is the object involved.
