We had 2 rabbits, born may 4th, we thought they were both males. On July 23rd we found they were actually a male and a female so we separated them. Can the girl be pregnant now, she's looking a little round and squawking at us? Please help quick.

  1. It is *possible* for rabbits to breed around the age of 4 months, at the earliest. It is *likely* that they will not successfully have a litter until closer to 5 or 6 months.

Your rabbit is definitely NOT pregnant at that age, don't worry!

  2. I'm almost positive that she can't get pregnant until she's 5 months old (and that's the earliest). SHe may just be going through sexual maturity right now and bunny hormones.

  3. You should get her spayed asap. And him neutered.
