How early can a test tell you if your pregnant??

me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant but no luck well i have been getting a lot of symptoms and I took a pregnancy test and it says i wasnt but id only be about 3 and a half weeks along. Is that too early?? and does anyone have any fertility ideas for us to try??

Some tests are accurate 5 days before your period is due, but for most people you simply have to wait until AF is late and then test. Be sure to buy one that's sensitive to 25mIU/hCG or less. They're better.

You can pregnancy test 7 days after a missed period for the best accuracy. Testing too early leads to false results and confusion. Begin sexual intimacy during your period or directly after and continue every three or four days throughout the month. This will ensure that the sperm are in place regardless of when you ovulate. Saves you time with charts, temps and timing and increases your fertility chances.

I would go get a blood test done. They are the most accurate and you can do one 10 days after conception :-)
