How early is too early to apply?

Closing date for my course is November 16, 2008. If I apply 2 months early, in mid-September, is this too early?

Can you be too early?

PS; I graduated high school 1 year ago, so obviously already have all my results.

you can most probably apply early - though they may not process it till later.
