I'm going to Cubs' game tomorrow.

My seat is bleachers, general admission,

so I think I need to go early to take a good seat.

The game starts at 7:05 PM

How early should I get there?

What time is it opened?

  1. I've been there many times in the bleachers, so I would get there at 6:00-6:15 to get a good seat and watch the batting practice......I think it opens at 5:00.

    GO CUBS and have fun!

  2. 6:30 6:00

  3. Get there at six. You can get a decent seat, and you will get to watch BP. If you go earlier than that you will get a better seat, but you will be sitting doing nothing for a while.

  4. Get there at 600

  5. Since you are going to be in the bleachers of Wrigley Field, I would think that you would want to get there early. Plus I would have to figure anyways that you be in the bleachers, since the rest of the stadium it is assigned seating. I would say get there early. Wrigley Field's gates opens 2 hours before gametime, otherwise it would be annouced when they do open. So I would think for a 7:05 game at Wrigley Field, that the gates will open at 5:05 (central time). So I would try to get there as early as when the gates opens. If you had tickets for game with assigned seats, I wouldn't tell you to get there as early, because you know that they would be your seats for that game, and nobody else can sit there for that game.

  6. if it starts at 7 it'll open between 5:30 and 6.

if you're planning on getting tickets at the gate, get there no later than 5:30

  7. y does it matter, go to the seat you bought it doesnt matter wat time u get there

  8. People are there and usually stadiums are full about 30 minutes before the game starts.  So I would try to be in your seat about 30 minutes early.  Then by the time the game starts you'll be ready and everything and you won't be late.

  9. Maybe wait until the Cubs are blowing the opponent out and all the corporate people will be leaving cause they have work on Monday.

  10. For general admission bleachers I would usually go 2 hours early.  You get right up to the front that way (last Tuesday I sat with friends right next to the Left Field Foul pole and saw Carlos Lee fumble a ball or two).  So If I were you, I'd get there at 5:05 PM.

The gates open 2 hours before game time.
