Everything you mention is recyclable.

It depends on where you live, and how your local council deals with it, as to how easy or practical it is.

I recycle everything possible, I typically only have 1 black plastic bin bag a year of bits that I can not recycle,(at least not yet)!

I burn my wood in my solid fuel burner to heat my house in the winter, but I live in the countryside, the ashes wind up going in the garden. I know that most people don't have that type of lifestyle however.

If I lived in a more urban environment, and had a lot of wood to dispose of I would probably place an ad at my local corner shop, someone will take it away, and might even pay you a couple of quid for it.

Glass, Metals and wood easily recycled, Plastic is a no,no, it takes hundreds of years to break down unfortunately.....

Everything can be recycled easy, the wood can be turned into wood chippings which can be made into many other objects

I run a Waste Transfer Centre & all of the above are easily recyclable.

Glass, put into a bottle bank

Plastics, usually local waste company take them

Metals, Taken to Scrap Yards & often shipped abroad as other Countries are desperate for it

Wood, many houses & compaines local to me take my wood to run there wood burners
