How easy is it to emigrate to Brazil?

I very much want to move to Brazil. I have a girlfriend there, who I've met when I stayed there for 6 months last year. Does anyone know exactly how the process works and if a lot of applications get rejected?

I don't have a criminal record and am a college graduate.

In order to emigrate to Brazil you will need a visa. I had included a link to Consulate of Brazil with some rules to request a visa. If you want to move to there and get a job in Brazil you will need a work visa and in this case you need to have a job there. So try to get a job before moving or enter the country with a tourist visa and before the visa expire you can try to get a job and them request the work visa. Other possibility is to be married with a Brazilian.
