How easy is it to lay linolium?

Question

I just started working as a maintenance guy and have never laid linolium befor. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated and awarded 10 points for best answer. The bathrooms are just a basic square the kitchens have a food pantry.

Sheet lino is a pain because it cracks if not carefully handled.However the square tiles are simple just don't believe that self stick B.S. .Put down glue.

Remove all base boards from wall at floor.Use brown paper and blue tape to create a template. Be sure to accurately cover all corners. Take template and lie over flat lino. In a bathroom consider how the patteren will look as one comes through the door and as they would sit on the toilet, As these will be the most seen. Tape paper template to lino, then using a straight edge cut out the template. As for the glue its messy but using a medium teeth applicator should get it done in short order. Use a heavy roller to smooth out bubbles.Reattach baseboards or cove base after lino is set.
