my wife is morocan living in morroco, ime portugese living in france ! at the moment we are having loads of problems

how easy is it to get a visa , shes not planning to stay!

  2. They may well suspect that this is a marriage of convenience so that she can enter and stay in the European Union. As a European citizen, you are free to live anywhere in the member states.

    You probably will have to prove that you married for love and not just so that she could live in Europe. This will probably not be easy.

  3. right now in the US- almost impossible! haven't you seen all of our problems with illegal aliens!?
