I'm a bit confused and worried because I never used the underground before and I'm not familiar with the term Victoria line, what should I look for to know if I'm using this line? is there any signs in light blue or something...? also my train arrive at Victoria at the same time that I'm supposed to get in the tube at Victoria, so better I be well informed not to waste any minute, are the platforms any close like in the same floor? any tips appreciated, thanks a lot!

  1. Extremley, direct line calling at green park, oxford street, warren street, Euston.

Victoria is light blue, as you come down from the surface (entrance right outside Victoria station) the ticket barriers directly in front of you are the ones for the Victoria Line.

Down the escalators and you want the North Bound Platform.

It is quite easy good luck.

  2. The Victoria line is the blue line and Euston is on the Victoria line so you would get one train direct.

  3. Yes the Victoria lines signs are in blue The tube is under the station just follow the signs to the escalators if you are traveling to Euston take the Northbound Victoria line trains run every 2/3 Min's. journey time to Euston about 15 Min's.

  4. When you get off the train at Victoria look for the entrance to the underground station. There are two entrances - one inside the mainline station and another just outside.

Follow the signs for the Victoria Line northbound, which are in light blue to match the colours on the tube map. All trains go to Euston, which is four stops away. Journey time is approximately eight minutes and trains run every two minutes for most of the day.

Check the Transport For London website for travel information before you set out. The Victoria Line is undergoing an upgrade program. As a result it is subject to early closures between Monday and Thursday every week, and full or partial line closures most weekends.

But don't worry too much. When services are suspended you can always use alternative lines or replacement bus services.  There are always plenty of station staff at Victoria underground station to advise you.
