How easy is to get work permit in australia if i come on tourist visa?

i want to go australia on tourist visa basically to get a job offer to apply work permit from there.

:- do i need job offer from any registered or any specific employers

From my understanding you will not be permitted to work in Australia if you enter under a tourist visa. You must apply for a working visa BEFORE you arrive in Australia. This is a mistake that a number of people make, only to be returned to their own country instead of being allowed onto Australian soil

Just to emphasize the answers that others have given: If you want to come to Australia as a tourist, by all means get a tourist visa. If you want to work here, get a visa that allows that. Do NOT attempt to find work on a tourist visa. That will get you deported and will affect your chances of ever being granted a work visa.

you are better to apply for a work permit from your own country or apply to an employer to see will they sponsor you for a job if you have a trade then it is guaranteed.

Impossible.

Work permit applications  can only be made from outside Australia. Their point system is strict and you are not likely to succeed unless you have skills that are in demand.
