How easy or difficult is it to?

How easy or difficult is it to get into a business in SA? (as in working for a firm doing Business Management) My cousin is over there now and she is looking for a position at a business, she wants to become a Business Management in the end. How easy is this going to be for her?

I was thinking not so easy as she can't speak much Afrikaans but then my dad says with everyone leaving it may be easier than we think?

I would not open a new business in SA until the currency restrictions are lifted, the rand ever shows some sign of recovery and BEE is finally scrapped and discredited. I am sorry to say it, but it would be tantamount to taking your investment and flushing it down the toilet. I do not trust Zuma and as soon as he gets in power the rand will devalue even more and business will flee South Africa.

You do not need to speak Afrikaans to get a job in South Africa as our first language is English.  

Having said that, white people do not get jobs in South Africa easily.  Our children struggle to get work.  If she is a BEE = 'non white', she may have a bigger change.  

With all the people leaving, the white kids still struggle to get work.

there much need for skilled workers so i am sure she will get a job. basically cape town has good jobs but you dont get the same money as someone working in joburg or pretoria.

ps: not everyone is leaving i am staying forever and ever. i cant leave. Blacks will stay no matter wat. its our home. and some white people will not leave becuase its there home.

Everybody is leaving Sa and thats a fact,why do you think  the government won't release immigration statistics!!They are embarressed at all the skilled people leaving the country,She might get a job if she paints her skin
