how easy would it be for me to live 6 months of the year in the bahamas and the other 6 months in florida every year, if i had enough money to live on and didnt work in either country?

i would be using each place as a holiday destination but would also like to renovate the properties i buy? i am currently a uk resident

Property is extremely expensive in the Bahamas.  If you have an unlimited income, you can certainly do that if its what you want, but I would research real estate prices before your put together your plan.

How, long is a piece of string?  Unfortunately it's an impossible question to answer.

If you are a seasoned property renovator with lots of cash and experience already, then it is probably going to be fairly easy.

If you have never renovated a property in the UK or abroad before, and don't have a few hundred thousand pounds just sitting in an account to be used, then it is probably going to be almost impossible.

If this is your dream but you don't have any experience, your best bet might be to get some experience of renovating property in the UK first and then after a few years with some experience and money under your belt, then it might be time to go for it.  But without the experience or money it is probably just a pipe dream.
