How effecient is the teller ulan fusion bomb?

i know it has a yield of 13.5 megatons but i cant seem to find how efficient it was. also. exactly what yield is the tsar nuclear bomb. i have heard from 50mt to 150mt

The Teller Ulam configuration refers to the way in which the fissile material is laid out. An outer jacket of Uranium focuses soft x rays onto an inner rod of Lithium Deuteride. This turns the rod to plasma, which is then ignited from one end. You can build an H bomb of any size you want using this configuration. The largest ever tested has been 60 Megatons, though they have untested 100 MT devices that will probably work based on calculations.
