  1. Trick question?  the arctic ice is already in the sea, so there would be only a trivial change in sea level from it melting.

    Now, if all of the ice in all the world melted, PEI would be come a VERY small island indeed, with just the central highlands to the northeast of confederation bridge poking up through the ocean surface.

    It would be affected by being undersea.
