How else can this be interpreted if not Desperate?

A small girl sensed a bad vibe from a guy three times her size upon first meeting him.

He persistently came up to her. She tried to appear neutral, but his "friendly" act quickly turned sexual and intimidating, albeit the fact he was engaged.

She dismissed his advances abruptly and started ignoring him. He then tried to demean her in hopes of getting a reaction...she continued to stay away.

He initially looked at her sheepishly even though she blatantly ignored him, but...

Now he just stares at her all the time...while she ignores him. It's to the point that she can't even look at him out simply out of disgust...yet, he has no qualms with still staring at her, even getting really close to stare at her.

Why does he not have any shame and what is she to do when he does this?

  1. If he continues with this i'd inform the police or some form of authority or just avoid the b*****d altogether

  2. He has no shame because he's getting away with it.

I suggest having a video camera on hand to point his direction.  I bet he stops pretty quickly.

Although, depending upon where this is happening, you can report him to your boss, or somebody with authority.

Also, there is something to be said for firmly stating to him that you don't like his attention, and you want him to stop.

  3. Nothing turns another person off more than a disgusting habit- when you catch him staring at you, belch loud and long, if he gets close, pass gas, pick your nose, if you really are up to it, reach inside your pants and scratch your butt then put your hand out to him to shake.Ask if you can have(not borrow) $100.00 to date his brother/best friend. If none of these work, you might end up marrying him and taking him for all he is worth with a quick divorce(or maybe not so quick-depends on the laws were you live). Whatever you do, never be alone with him.
