Thats right, after his wife and daughter died in that tragic accident, he was left to bring up his 2 boys all alone. But he was a real trooper. He continued to W-O-R-K even having to bring up those kids all alone. And look! Nancy Pelosi works having 5 kids and a small army of grand children. How does she manage all of that and do her J-O-B has well?

Hmmmm. Who else might be doing that in political office? Hmmmm.

You know, having 5 kids, 1 grandchild on the way. And having a disabled child to boot.

Joe went home to his house every night after work. A 4 hr. round trip. He never missed their games or events. He has proven his dedication to his senate seat an his family. This kind of work and family ethic is that of a man that we need as V.P.

They are both extremely rich men so they didn't suffer from being left with someone else while he commuted to Washington by train from Delaware every day.

Beau is an elected official who is part of the Good Old Boys political game in Delaware and might inherit his Daddy's Senate seat if Daddy is elected VP.

Hunter is a lawyer/lobbyist in Washington. His ties to his father and other Senators haven't hurt a bit.  If Daddy is VP, Hunter will get even richer.  He is currently involved in a major lawsuit over some shady deals.

He has a daughter with his wife, Jill, but that was after the "single parent" stage.

There is no reason to expect that Gov. Palin's kids wouldn't do fine.

The VP's house is about 2 miles from the VP's office.

Her husband is going to be a stay-at-home dad.
