How exactly are the marks in Ireland?

I'm trying to translate an academic transcript from Ireland into Spanish and I've found these marks: A, B, B3, C, C1, C-, C+. Can anybody from Ireland tell me the equivalents in percentages? Can anybody tell me all the marks that exist in that country? This way, I could find the right translation into Spanish. Thanks a lot!
