How exactly did the 17 yr. old who died at Six Flags Over Georgia yesterday get decapitated?

I know he was in the restricted area where the ride was going on, but did someone's foot knock his head off or was it a cable?

Also, while I'm typing this, I'm going to give a shout-out prayer to this boy's church, family, friends, and the person that had to watch him get decapitated. I feel so sorry for all of them, and I can't even begin to imagine what they're going through, especially the person who watched him die.

Got hit about 55 miles per hour by the front of the car.  The people riding in it heard a thud and the back riders were sprayed with a blood mist from the head exploding.  This is why we have not one but two fences around the ride.  

You could say he lost his head over a hat.
