How exactly does a money order work on ebay? How would you pay the cash?

I'm wanting to buy a $15 item on ebay, and don't use credit card for personal reasons, so I can't use PayPal or any other internet transaction. How do you send the money order? Do you put it in an envelope and send it to the seller or do you wire the money etc...?

I always by with money order.

I just print the item number and all the information of the item i bought. Then I put the money order in the envelope and send it..
