Pelosi and the other house democrats promised if elected and given a majority to change the course in Iraq.

THEY HAVE FAILED.

Both parties are the same. Democrats are liars too.

*POP* There goes your bubble liberals!

Proof you want power, not to do what is right or at the very least do what you believe and promise. The democrats have used and exploited the war and our soldiers for political gain. They knew all along they would fund the war, but postured and looked like they were against it for political gain.

  1. They understand that the President of the United States of America has the duty to VETO any bill that Congress passes, and they understand that this particular President doesn't generally like things to go any way other than his. So, if Congress were to vote to remove funding for the war, the President would VETO that bill, and if (somehow) the super majority vote needed to override his VETO was reached, the President would be pissed and would threaten to use his power to punish the opposing members of Congress.

  2. 19% approval rating for Democratic controlled congress.  That says it all.

They have not enacted a single one of the things they promised.

  3. yep

  4. They should not even

    rate 19% approval. Who

    in the world approves of

    the U.S. Congress. Must

    be closer to 1%.
