Dental Retainers come in two types...the Hawley Retainer (denture plastic & metal wire) & the Essix Retainer (Clear Plastic) or Invisible Retainer...Dentists & Orthodontists will charge between $300 & 500 for either/or...so, when I needed a new set...I found a site online that did it for only $148.00!  What a relief!  the site is www.dentallabdirect.com , they sent me the putty to make my impression, then I sent it back in the mail...then two weeks later I received my new retainers...VOILA!! No need for a trip to the Dentist!
