How expensive/inexpensive is it to live in Kansas City? Condisering a move and need more info...?

My girlfriend and I are considering a move to Kansas City, MO from Wichita Falls, TX. We chose KC over Dallas because of the climate and culture. We've visited twice and fell in love, but want to know more about costs and what kinds of job opportunities there are. HELP! Any advice is great!

  1. under $1000 a month gets you a sweet place...can find a decent place for half that.  check the gladstone sun online...newspaper


  2. Well check the kansas city star for jobs-kc is a pretty affordable city so you should be able to find something reasonable between $500- $1000 a month
