Depends on where you go, basically the same as the US -- from cheap to very expensive.  Great deals on Spanish Wine though

Spanish around 7 euros

Meal from English bar approx 5-8 euros

These are only a guide as depending on what food you like some may be cheaper or more expensive

madrid,barcelona and north of spain can be expensive, but caceres badajoz granada can be cheaper
