How expensive would this tattoo be roughly?

Usually tattoo places have a $50-$60 minimum that they charge.

That one will probably be somewhere in the $50-$80 range I'm guessing.

If I may give you my opinion. For the

money you will spend on this tat, #1

A picture would tell and be a better

way of expressing  yourself. Neck is

kind of punk / hard core ETC. A tat

starting on foot or ankle is a better start

Or you can buy a nice pair of gold or

silver earrings that will show others

what a young classy woman you are.
