How explicit is Playboy?

Hey, I'm confused about how explicit the pictures in Playboy magazine are. I thought it was just topless pictures/naked butts because Playboy is so popular with celebrities, but someone else said they do show female genitalia - is this true? How explicit is Playboy?

It's barely explicit... sometimes you can see a little bit, but usually it's just airbrushed T&A.

They show full frontal, including pubic hair they don't do spread leg shots showing the actual genitalia.
