How far after implantion bleeding does a test register?

We are at 9 dpo and there is not implantation bleeding and bad cramps and nausea. How far after today would the test show up?

Well i had implantation bleeding and a few days later I went to the doctor, we did the pregnancy test thing, and it showed up positive. So I think it shows up immediately.
