  1. Neolithic age was a period in the development of human technology beginning about 10,000 B.C. in the Middle East that is traditionally the last part of the Stone Age.

    →Nomadic subsistence farming - both wild and domesticated crops, which included einkorn wheat, millet and spelt.

    →Domesticated animals -  (7000 BC) including cattle, pigs and the keeping of dogs, sheep and goats.

    →Pottery

    →Settlements - permanently or seasonally inhabited.
