How far along is the replacement of the collapsed bridge in Minnesota?

I've checked for info, but I'd like to hear from real people who live in Minneapolis.

I live in the northern part of the state, so MPLS is like another state to us up here. But I just heard on the radio an hour ago that, "The concrete decking panels were started to be fitted into place last week. And it is starting to look like a bridge." That's all I know.

I live in Minneapolis.  They say it should be done around September 2008. (AND the company that's doing it gets like 20 mil from the federal gov for finishing early...)
