How far along til i feel this?

how long before you'd normally take a pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy can you start to feel the urge to go alot?

Urine tests at the doctors office and at home pee stick tests are not 100% I took 20 of them and got Negatives even though I was 7 weeks pregnant ... a blood test will be more accurate ...

Symptoms can begin with in one week after conception ...
