how far along till your baby has a heart beat? how many weeks? when can the doctors hear it and can your feel it? thanks!

i am 6 weak pragent. but baby is not seen and not aheart beat.dr says wait for 10 days than we will discuss what to do ?dnc

hi i just turned 10 weeks and they did a ultrasound not vaginal but normal and they said there was no heart beat they say my baby died they didnt scheuled me for another ultarsound to amke sure they just say it died but its still inside wat do u think???
