You first felt you baby move? I was a little over three months the first time. Not quite there yet this time around and know it will not be for quite some time.

I was just wondering because after talking to some friends they swear they felt their baby at 8 weeks lol and I do not think that's possible. What are your stories ladies?

  1. I was exactly 4 months! I wrote it down in his memory book!

  2. With my first son I was about 16-17 weeks along. This time I was about 15 weeks along. I don't believe the women who say they felt their baby move around 8 weeks either.

  3. i felt mine like around 12 weeks

  4. i swore i felt my baby move at around 11 weeks but i started feeling the baby move regularly at around 16 weeks.

  5. Mothers typically feel their babies move at around the 15-17 week mark, when the baby is strong enough that the movements can be felt and measures about 160 mm (about 6 inches) long.

At 8 weeks gestation the baby is a mere 8mm (1/3 of an inch) long and it would be impossible for the mother to feel those movements when it is only one third of an inch long.

I think some women have a wonderful imagination!

  6. about 15-16 weeks

  7. I felt my baby move at about 16-17 weeks. It's not possible to feel the baby move that early (8weeks), it's not even formed completely yet. It doesn't have legs, legs yet and it's way too tiny at that age.

  8. I felt the baby at about 15 weeks.

  9. regularly between 15-18 weeks

  10. I just turned 4 months and started feeling the baby move around 12 1/2 13 weeks its a weird flutter in my lower abdomin its cute.

  11. I was about 20 weeks with both my kids.  Took me longer for some reason. :-)

  12. with this baby (my fourth) I felt the first flutterings at 12 weeks and kicks by 18 weeks. Im now 24 weeks and can see big kicks as they happen. They say the more babies you have the earlier you feel it as you know what to look for

  13. I didn't feel her until I was around 18 weeks, I was soooo nervous the whole time but my doc said it was normal.
